I think it’s just a solid deal for what you get. Nothing fancy, but definitely worth the money overall

I had a faulty part and tried to return it, but the whole process turned into such a headache. Replies were slow, and when I asked about the warranty, it felt like I was just going in circles with no real help. it was really disappointing and stressful.

The site itself was fine, but getting a reply from customer service was a whole little adventure. I had to send a follow-up just to get a basic response, which was super fun, obviously. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

Putting this together actually took me way longer than I expected. A few parts didn’t line up quite right, and the instructions were kind of vague in places. Once it’s set up, it works okay, but folding it up and making adjustments still feels more annoying than it should. I thought it would be a lot simpler to use.

It looked really cute when I first got it, but the material started looking worn out way too quickly. I wanted to like it, but if this is the quality, I’ll probably buy from a different brand next time

I really wanted this to work out, but using it just didn’t feel comfortable. The straps sat kind of awkwardly, and I kept second-guessing whether it was actually secure enough. I can see how it might be fine for some people, but for me it made walks feel more stressful than easy. In the end, I just didn’t feel confident or relaxed using it every day.

I ordered from Mockingbird the whole delivery process was smooth! I got the tracking info quickly, and while the package showed up a day later than the original estimate, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything was packed well and arrived in perfect shape. I’d definitely order from them again.

I really wanted to like this more because it does look nice, but the handling has been disappointing. It’s fine on smooth floors, but once I take it outside it feels stiff and just not that easy to turn. I also got different answers when I asked about what surfaces it should handle well on, which was frustrating because it made it harder to know what to expect.

The wheels catch on small bumps and curbs more than I thought they would, and trying to push it with one hand gets annoying fast. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for everyday use it becomes a hassle. I wish the steering matched the way it looks.
